My friend Alex is a videographer (click here to view Alex’s website) and back in October he invited me to come and take some “behind the scenes” photos of a videoshoot he was directing. Oh, and by the way, we are hoping to have a live animal involved in the shoot. A live animal? Uh, what kind of “live animal” are we taking about here? A goat. I’m shooting it at my parents’-in-law’s house. Want to come?
YES.
I walked into his parents-in-law’s house that October morning and Christmas carols filled the air. To my left was the living room, and in the corner stood a Christmas tree covered with lights, ornaments, and a pile of presents underneath. Hunter, our actor, was in his pyjamas. It was Christmas morning.
That morning, Alex shot a 50-second made-for-the-web promotional video for World Relief Canada, which has now been completed and is up on their website! Click here to view the epic goat video on Youtube! Or, click here to view the World Relief Canada website and scroll down to the banner “A Different Christmas”. Note – no goats were harmed in the making of this movie!!
Here are some images from the shoot . . . I had so much fun being a part of it!
